Using the zip or rar file
1.Download C4WMend.dll
2.Extract C4WMend.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract C4WMend.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting C4WMend.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract C4WMend.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place C4WMend.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 C4WMend.dll and press Enter.
