Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll
2.Extract CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT3DXMLDocumentLoaderLight.dll and press Enter.
