Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPiuPreCond.dll
2.Extract CATPiuPreCond.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPiuPreCond.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPiuPreCond.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPiuPreCond.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPiuPreCond.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPiuPreCond.dll and press Enter.
