Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPrsCDV.dll
2.Extract CATPrsCDV.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPrsCDV.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPrsCDV.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPrsCDV.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPrsCDV.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPrsCDV.dll and press Enter.
