Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CFHDDecoder.dll
2.Extract CFHDDecoder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CFHDDecoder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CFHDDecoder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CFHDDecoder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CFHDDecoder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CFHDDecoder.dll and press Enter.
