Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll
2.Extract CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CGN.WP.PC.WGSS.SA.dll and press Enter.
