Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPC10EAF.DLL
2.Extract CPC10EAF.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPC10EAF.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPC10EAF.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPC10EAF.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPC10EAF.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPC10EAF.DLL and press Enter.
