Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CRaw0409.dll
2.Extract CRaw0409.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CRaw0409.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CRaw0409.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CRaw0409.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CRaw0409.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CRaw0409.dll and press Enter.
