Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSN5XRES.DLL
2.Extract CSN5XRES.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSN5XRES.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSN5XRES.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSN5XRES.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSN5XRES.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSN5XRES.DLL and press Enter.
