Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Cbsale41.vb.dll
2.Extract Cbsale41.vb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cbsale41.vb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cbsale41.vb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Cbsale41.vb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Cbsale41.vb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Cbsale41.vb.dll and press Enter.
