Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CheckSCMAccount.dll
2.Extract CheckSCMAccount.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CheckSCMAccount.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CheckSCMAccount.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CheckSCMAccount.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CheckSCMAccount.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CheckSCMAccount.dll and press Enter.
