Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ci3Study.dll
2.Extract Ci3Study.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ci3Study.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ci3Study.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ci3Study.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ci3Study.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ci3Study.dll and press Enter.
