Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CitrixLogServerUI.dll
2.Extract CitrixLogServerUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CitrixLogServerUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CitrixLogServerUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CitrixLogServerUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CitrixLogServerUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CitrixLogServerUI.dll and press Enter.
