Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CityPerServiceCarReport.dll
2.Extract CityPerServiceCarReport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CityPerServiceCarReport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CityPerServiceCarReport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CityPerServiceCarReport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CityPerServiceCarReport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CityPerServiceCarReport.dll and press Enter.
