Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll
2.Extract Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Cokkiy.Display.WaitingIcon.dll and press Enter.
