Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CommonDecodeDataSet.dll
2.Extract CommonDecodeDataSet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommonDecodeDataSet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommonDecodeDataSet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CommonDecodeDataSet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CommonDecodeDataSet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CommonDecodeDataSet.dll and press Enter.
