Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ControlTaskSchedule.dll
2.Extract ControlTaskSchedule.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ControlTaskSchedule.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ControlTaskSchedule.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ControlTaskSchedule.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ControlTaskSchedule.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ControlTaskSchedule.dll and press Enter.
