Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CustomersService.dll
2.Extract CustomersService.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CustomersService.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CustomersService.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CustomersService.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CustomersService.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CustomersService.dll and press Enter.
