Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CxLha61u.dll
2.Extract CxLha61u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CxLha61u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CxLha61u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CxLha61u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CxLha61u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CxLha61u.dll and press Enter.
