Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cjcx.dll
2.Extract cjcx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cjcx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cjcx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cjcx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cjcx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cjcx.dll and press Enter.
