Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmdshellext.dll
2.Extract cmdshellext.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmdshellext.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmdshellext.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmdshellext.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmdshellext.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmdshellext.dll and press Enter.
