Using the zip or rar file
1.Download comnRes.dll
2.Extract comnRes.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract comnRes.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting comnRes.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract comnRes.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place comnRes.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 comnRes.dll and press Enter.
