Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATClaMeshOper.dll
2.Extract CATClaMeshOper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATClaMeshOper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATClaMeshOper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATClaMeshOper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATClaMeshOper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATClaMeshOper.dll and press Enter.
