Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CMLSPEEDFLT.dll
2.Extract CMLSPEEDFLT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CMLSPEEDFLT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CMLSPEEDFLT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CMLSPEEDFLT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CMLSPEEDFLT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CMLSPEEDFLT.dll and press Enter.
