Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMLRKR.DLL
2.Extract CNMLRKR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMLRKR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMLRKR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMLRKR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMLRKR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMLRKR.DLL and press Enter.
