Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CctrlResourceDEU.dll
2.Extract CctrlResourceDEU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CctrlResourceDEU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CctrlResourceDEU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CctrlResourceDEU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CctrlResourceDEU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CctrlResourceDEU.dll and press Enter.
