Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CmdJGLRC.dll
2.Extract CmdJGLRC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CmdJGLRC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CmdJGLRC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CmdJGLRC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CmdJGLRC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CmdJGLRC.dll and press Enter.
