Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll
2.Extract ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ControlDeploymentManagerResource.dll and press Enter.
