Using the zip or rar file
1.Download c4u5bjbd.dll
2.Extract c4u5bjbd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract c4u5bjbd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting c4u5bjbd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract c4u5bjbd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place c4u5bjbd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 c4u5bjbd.dll and press Enter.
