Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cetscoem.dll
2.Extract cetscoem.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cetscoem.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cetscoem.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cetscoem.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cetscoem.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cetscoem.dll and press Enter.
