Using the zip or rar file
1.Download comm200L7.dll
2.Extract comm200L7.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract comm200L7.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting comm200L7.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract comm200L7.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place comm200L7.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 comm200L7.dll and press Enter.
