Using the zip or rar file
1.Download csiresources.dll
2.Extract csiresources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract csiresources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting csiresources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract csiresources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place csiresources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 csiresources.dll and press Enter.
