Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CEGrabber.dll
2.Extract CEGrabber.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CEGrabber.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CEGrabber.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CEGrabber.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CEGrabber.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CEGrabber.dll and press Enter.
