Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CHSAlertingConsole.dll
2.Extract CHSAlertingConsole.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CHSAlertingConsole.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CHSAlertingConsole.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CHSAlertingConsole.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CHSAlertingConsole.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CHSAlertingConsole.dll and press Enter.
