Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CLCredProv.dll
2.Extract CLCredProv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CLCredProv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CLCredProv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CLCredProv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CLCredProv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CLCredProv.dll and press Enter.
