Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNBO168.DLL
2.Extract CNBO168.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNBO168.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNBO168.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNBO168.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNBO168.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNBO168.DLL and press Enter.
