Using the zip or rar file
1.Download COMPriceManager.dll
2.Extract COMPriceManager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract COMPriceManager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting COMPriceManager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract COMPriceManager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place COMPriceManager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 COMPriceManager.dll and press Enter.
