Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSTB03Cbak.dll
2.Extract CSTB03Cbak.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSTB03Cbak.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSTB03Cbak.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSTB03Cbak.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSTB03Cbak.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSTB03Cbak.dll and press Enter.
