Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ClInteOp.dll
2.Extract ClInteOp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ClInteOp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ClInteOp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ClInteOp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ClInteOp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ClInteOp.dll and press Enter.
