Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CommandLine.dll
2.Extract CommandLine.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommandLine.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommandLine.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CommandLine.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CommandLine.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CommandLine.dll and press Enter.
