Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll
2.Extract ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ControlReportCenterService.resources.dll and press Enter.
