Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll
2.Extract CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CreateRecoveryDiscsITA.dll and press Enter.
