Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cltrans.dll
2.Extract cltrans.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cltrans.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cltrans.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cltrans.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cltrans.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cltrans.dll and press Enter.
