Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmshdddll.dll
2.Extract cmshdddll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmshdddll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmshdddll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmshdddll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmshdddll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmshdddll.dll and press Enter.
