Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnesg.dll
2.Extract cnesg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnesg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnesg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnesg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnesg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnesg.dll and press Enter.
