Using the zip or rar file
1.Download C70q.dll
2.Extract C70q.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract C70q.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting C70q.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract C70q.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place C70q.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 C70q.dll and press Enter.
