Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll
2.Extract CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT3DXmlAnimation.dll and press Enter.
