Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll
2.Extract CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATDesGeneralPropertyPage.dll and press Enter.
