Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATWriteHSF.dll
2.Extract CATWriteHSF.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATWriteHSF.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATWriteHSF.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATWriteHSF.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATWriteHSF.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATWriteHSF.dll and press Enter.
