Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAWS800GPRS.dll
2.Extract CAWS800GPRS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAWS800GPRS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAWS800GPRS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAWS800GPRS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAWS800GPRS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAWS800GPRS.dll and press Enter.
